Really really disappointed. I've been a freelancer since 1996 and bought all of my computers from MESH since then. I ordered one about 2 weeks ago and it is going back tomorrow for the SECOND time. I read the reviews and it sounded like the company was just as reliable as before but my experience is different. Graphics card not seated properly. Back panels loose. All blamed on the transit. I've moved properly built computers plenty and this doesn't happen. What's more infuriating is that I've paid them the nearly 1500 quid for a machine that I haven't been able to switch on yet. Also there was a confusion about the size of the box. Was assured a big one was what the spec required and yet it turned up in a small one. Then was told the smaller would be OK. Now I don't trust any of the advice I was given when ordering my PC. I think on reflection I've been sold a PC which is much higher spec than I actually need.

I had not heard of Mesh Computers before so was a bit skeptical. However, they offered a very good price as compared to other competitors.
The ordering process was straightforward and I was very happy with the purchase - the delivery was prompt & communication was excellent.

WiFi is faulty. 1 meter from the router with nothing between the laptop and the router, the signal strength is 5%. On other devices the signal strength is in excess of 80%. The signal strength indicator in the system tray only ever shows a dot. Have tried all ASUS guides, installed updates and updated WLAN drivers from ASUS support App. Nothing fixed it.

Mesh sent a replacement. It exhibited the same problem. Mesh have now reproduced the fault on the original at their base.

I already have exactly the same model bought 3 months ago, with the same network chipset, that works. The new one was bought for family use because the other one gets so much use there is competition for access! It must be a faulty batch not a generic problem with the machine or chipset.

Mesh have offered to collected the faulty replacement and refund the money which I have had to accept because they do not feel capable of supplying a working machine.

My rating reflects the fact that Mesh has investigated, reproduced the fault, arranged and paid for the returns, and offered a refund. I am however disappointed that they have not been able to supply a working machine with the feature set that I want, having originally advertised and sold one.

5 days on. Hours wasted. No alternative offered. Back to square one.

What you see is what you get, great service, great value products. I ordered a basic ASUS X515EA laptop with 8GB RAM. The very next day, that's exactly what arrived at my front door, well packaged, no fuss, emails at all stages telling me exactly what was happening and a 1hr window of when the courier would arrive. This isn't the first time I've used this company... it won't be the last.

This was our second home PC from Mesh after finally had to call time on the old Mesh one after seventeen years.
New one delivered on a day to suit me after quick call to customer support, and very pleased with it working straight out of the box with Windows 11 pre-installed.

Bought a PC with a rough cost of £550. Had to send it back twice as the computer just kept crashing. They tried to blame external hard drive as the fault and then tried to charge me when they couldn't find anything wrong. External hard drive purchased from them failed after 7 months and had to be replaced. Today the main on board hard drive has now failed and had to be replaced. Clearly using refurbished head drives or not fit for purpose. Price may seem reasonable but quality of the machine is poor. Lets just hope the motherboard doesn't pack in

Easy to start up and operate.

Second desktop bought from Mesh. Bought first one ten years ago.

Still got the first desktop but with Microsoft Windows updates has become slower to start up.

This is my 4th computer from Mesh, my previous PC was almost 10 years old and never missed a beat, I only changed it because Microsoft are ceasing support for Windows 8.1. I chose a mid range model
with a decent spec and received a 10% discount. Even though I ordered in during Christmas week it still arrived in 4 working days. The PC performs faultlessly and I look forward to many years of trouble free computing. Thank you Mesh.

This is my third pc/laptop I have bought from Mesh. I can configure the machine to my requirements, budget and support. Always great choice, quality and flexibility.

My third Mesh computer in 23 years so they must be doing something right! Keenly priced, up to date machine and prompt delivery so very satisfactory.

I wish,however, that the on/off button was white instead of black as I find difficulty in this operation

One star because I never received the product. Their delivery company DPD said they could not find the house, or no one was there to collect, which was a blatant lie as I actually spoke to the delivery driver outside my next door neighbor's house. The service desk at Mesh seemed to try and resolve the problem but were ineffective. Then had to wait for the product to be returned to Mesh to get a refund for something I never received. Mesh needs to change there delivery provider.

The website was easy to use and the whole ordering process very smooth. I built the exact PC I wanted with no issues and it came in at a very reasonable price. Fast delivery and worked straight out the box with performance better than expected. I would recommend Mesh Computers to anyone

Not only was this purchase made easy, delivered on time etc but Mesh Computers were savvy enough to realise that many December purchases were Christmas presents. So I received an email highlighting how to contact them on boxing day should any support be needed. Great thinking, well done.
